Jimmy Rodgers, CSFM
Jimmy began his sales consulting career with Luck Specialty Products in December of 2005. His main territory includes the state of Virginia and the Greater Mid-Atlantic Region. In addition to his sales efforts, Jimmy has been involved in the development of new specialty products and has initiated a collaborative marketing campaign to highlight customer awareness of products and services provided by the Luck Specialty Products division.
Prior to joining his service with Luck Stone, Jimmy served as the Head Groundskeeper for the Washington Nationals in their inaugural season at RFK Stadium, 2005. He also served as the University of Virginia’s Sports Field Manager from 2000-2005.
A member of the SportsTurf Managers Association, Virginia SportsTurf Managers Association, Virginia Turfgrass Council, and the Virginia Golf Course Superintendents Association, Jimmy holds a certification in Sports Field Management through the national SportsTurf Manager’s Association.
In 1994 Allen started his career with Luck Stone in production of the company's crushed stone aggregate division at our crushed stone plant in Charlottesville. While in production, Allen served as a lab technician and machine operator. In 1997, he moved to Luck Stone's Greene County plant as a scale office manager and dispatcher, prior to returning to the Charlottesville plant in 2002 as the office manager.
In 2005, Allen transferred to the Luck Specialty Products division as an inside sales consultant prior to his current role as lead outside sales consultant for all crushed stone aggregate in the Charlottesville and Greene County markets. As part of his crushed stone sales duties, Allen continues to provide Luck Specialty Products sales support in Greene, Madison, Louisa, Albemarle, Nelson and Fluvanna Counties.
Allen is a member of the Virginia Turfgrass Council, Virginia SportsTurf Managers Association, Association of General Contractors, and ACCVA-Leadership Development Forum.
